Nice info graphic but poor timing! 7 minutes slower than the AHM just three months ago. Can’t be helped as it’s a reflection of how much I’ve been training, or not in this case. There are some weeks whereby I’ll only manage a long jogging session once a fortnight — with no other exercising in between. I am now further and further away from my 2h 30min target!
