Food in Seoul

We had quite a few meals of udon because it is something that the baby likes. We ate plenty of street food like kimbap and fried chicken because we visited many markets. K and me like kimbap (T says kimbaps are too vegetable-y for his liking, lol!) while KL and T like fried chicken. We hardly visit the malls and in the one time we had a meal at a mall food court, T happened to be allergic to his bowl of beef steak rice, a pity as the beef was really good.

We visit convenience stores ALL the time. We had fun trying so many different food items at the stores, especially on those evenings where we eat at Han River. And we did eat more than our fair share of processed meats on this trip. There is spam and ham and ramen everywhere!

I see a lot of random veg on my bibimbaps. Am not picky about veg, so I just eat whatever I am served, even when they look raw and strange. KL had marinated crab on the last evening. He didn’t try any raw crab on the trip though we saw it all the time at the markets.

And these were usually the best meals. At specialty restaurants that only sell one type of food. We went to a smoked duck restaurant, grilled fish restaurant, and a pork cutlet restaurant.
