Flashcards

We purchased this set of “Baby Einstein Nature Discovery Cards” when we visited Boston three years ago. I’m definitely not a fan of flashcards as I find them to be very stiff and difficult to “read” as compared to books. The only reason why I bought this set was because it was heavily discounted at USD$5.99.

A couple of days ago when we were clearing one of the shelves in the kitchen, we discovered the cards well hidden beneath a stack of books. Kaizer has since used these cards to “teach” Kok Loon and Titus about the sun, moon, sand etc. By the way, his new ambition is to become a teacher. He wants to become a teacher first and then a doctor second. As of dinner time, he has decided that he wants to be a maths teacher and not an English teacher or Chinese teacher. I wonder if he even knows what mathematics entail.
